At Garrobos Fishing & Surf, we understand that unexpected situations can arise while traveling. We aim to be flexible and fair whenever possible.

Refund Policy

• Full refund if the charter is cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled trip.

• Deposit is non-refundable if the charter is cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled trip.

• If you are unable to arrive in Costa Rica for your trip, no payment beyond the deposit will be required.

Weather Policy

Rain:
Charters will continue in light rain, as rain alone does not make conditions unsafe for the trip.

Severe Weather / Unsafe Conditions:
If the captain determines that weather conditions are unsafe on the day of the charter (such as storms or rough seas), the trip may be cancelled.

In that situation, you will have two options:

• Reschedule your charter for another available day when conditions are safe.

• Receive a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
